Delivery
L'OCCITANE Austria delivers to any address in the Austria. We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. We use DPD to send the products to the customers. All deliveries therefore recommend to customers who are not at home during the day to specify an alternative address for delivery.

If you order an out of stock item and payed it with credit card you will receive a credit note.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and Postage & Packing will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have any problem with products you bought from a department store or a stockist prior to contact us please try to return the product where you have bought it with your proof of purchase.
